The Brow Shape & Fill is a dual ended pencil containing a retractable brow pencil at one end and a powder at the other. The pencil end is to define the outer shape of the brows while the soft powder end is for filling in. The pencil has quite a hard and dry texture ‚it is perfect for brow products.

How To Use:

Define and set brows with the defining pencil, using short, light strokes.
Fill brows using filling powder, following the natural brow contour.
